We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems, food handling, and customer service are essential to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food preparation and serving
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently
Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in nightlife or hospitality is a plus
Hospitality background with experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or food industry positions is advantageous
