We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt service without sacrificing quality. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Clear tables promptly and efficiently, bussing as needed to keep the dining area tidy. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change. Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously. Support host/host duties when necessary by managing reservations via OpenTable or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly. Uphold sanitation standards in all areas of service including food preparation stations and dining areas. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining spaces for special events or nightclub functions when required.

Requirements



Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest enjoyment. Basic math skills for cashiering tasks including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members alike. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for food industry trends is appreciated. Join our team where your energy fuels memorable experiences! Average hourly earnings: $14.50-$45 with tips included
