Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety protocols

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; basic math skills are essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
