Overview

Supra is a new Japanese revolving sushi restaurant, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a memorable visit. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using the our POS system Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their meal.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with Japanese food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy shifts. Ability to work in high-energy environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
