Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the dining experience

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests

- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and payment handling

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas

- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar restaurant software is an advantage

Pay: $39,660.34 - $47,762.99 per year
