Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and billing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables, and assist with food preparation when needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar tools Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or basic food handling knowledge is a plus Effective time management skills to serve multiple tables seamlessly Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience with guest services roles such as host/host or bartender is advantageous

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
