Overview

We are seeking a friendly and prerver to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering attentive and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and passion for the food industry. Prior restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly valued. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables, and supporting host/host duties as needed Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing questions or concerns professionally Support kitchen staff with food handling and basic food preparation when necessary Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring a memorable dining experience

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Tips are included in paycheck - not a daily tip out.

Starting wage for servers is $12/hr.

Must have a flexible schedule, end times are not guaranteed. I will always work with you, if you can work with me!

Pay: $20.34 - $24.49 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
