Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism, ensuring excellent guest relations. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Support host/host duties as needed, including managing reservations through OpenTable or similar systems. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding sanitation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
