We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during service and food handling
Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting tables and sanitizing surfaces
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Assist with guest services such as hosting or seating when necessary
Skills
Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
Upselling techniques to promote menu items and specials effectively
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings is preferred
Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, bussing, host/host, or food preparation is advantageous
