Job Description

Banquet Server/Bartender

Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a front-of-house employee at Upland Brewing Company. We are hiring hard-working, beer-loving, customer-focused servers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations Set tables, deliver food & beverage Deliver a great customer experience for all guests
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience Ability to listen & communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Strong organizational skills
