Jaja is a celebration of Western Mediterranean (Med-West) cuisine, brought to life through the leadership of Executive Chef Logan Abbe. A Cleveland native and Cleveland Magazine's2022 Best Local Chef, Abbe draws on his experience at The Last Page, Sawyer's, and The Greenhouse Tavern to reintroduce jaja with a menu rooted in inventive, shareable dishes. Set within its jewel-box rooftop dining room, jaja offers an energetic, transportive, and welcoming experience paired with a reimagined beverage program -- marking an exciting new chapter for one of Cleveland's most distinctive restaurants.
The Server is a highly visible role and is key to the success of our venue's operations. This role serves as an ambassador to our guests and helps to ensure the ambiance of the event is maintained and guest expectations are met. and exceed. All while embodying our core values.

Essential Functions
Champion Lateral Service
Learn
Own the individual guest experience
Set the next shift up for success
Connect with guests while executing steps of table service
Run F&B and act as the final check on products prior to delivery
Own the cleaning and organization of dining room, server stations, and NA beverage area
Education / Experience / Certifications:
Must be 19+ years of age.
1-3 years' experience in a food service role.
Knowledge of various food-service styles a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Maintains composure under pressure, remains calm and courteous in difficult situations.
Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business demands; ability to work flexible hours as required.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment. This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift. Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
