We are seeking warm, personable Servers to join our tasting room team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful guest interactions in a relaxed, intimate setting. Our quieter tasting room shifts focus on hospitality, storytelling, and thoughtful service rather than fast-paced bar volume. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with genuine warmth and create a welcoming, unhurried atmosphere
Serve wine and beverages promptly and accurately, with attention to presentation and detail
Check in with guests regularly to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience
Clear, polish, and reset stemware efficiently to maintain a refined tasting room environment
Knowledgeably suggest wines and menu items to enhance the guest experience--no hard selling
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
Provide engaging, conversational tours of the airplane hangar, wine cellar, and grass runway, sharing the story behind our unique location
Qualifications
Wine knowledge or previous wine service experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working independently during calm, low-stress shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
A genuine interest in hospitality, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
