Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information when asked - Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately - Service guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Understanding guest needs and being able to provide in timely manner- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and prep areas - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required, at least 2 years of experience, reference needed- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations scenarios - Familiarity with cash handling, cash register operation, and basic math skills - Experience using reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.13 per hour
