Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Support the team during busy nights in a lively nightclub or fine dining setting

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Familiarity with serving in nightclub settings or host/host roles is advantageous
