Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure guest needs are met throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns professionally Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing and resetting tables as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently during food handling and service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with other guest services such as host/host duties or basic food preparation when required

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Proven ability in upselling, sales techniques, and providing exceptional guest relations Experience with cashiering, basic math skills for handling cash transactions, and guest services roles such as host/host or bussing is beneficial Background in hospitality or food industry roles that emphasize customer service excellence
