Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their time with us, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly demeanor.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and providing change. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
