Long Cove Club is seeking dedicated servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a server, youll play a key role in making every visit to the Clubhouse enjoyable for our members. Were looking for individuals who take pride in their work, bring a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.



We are hiring both full-time and part-time servers, with shifts primarily Wednesday through Sunday, plus holidays. Most shifts end by 10 p.m. during the week and by 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays giving you the work-life balance youve been seeking.

Server Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverage service to Long Cove Club members and guests. Effectively use the POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders. Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members' needs. Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for members based on their unique preferences. Prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Complete side work prior to, during, and after the shift. Additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Consistent performance of repetitive motions. Capability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments. Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, in various weather conditions.
