Reedville Cafe is a long standing favorite, proudly serving our community since 1950. We're a full-service restaurant where guests come to relax, connect, and enjoy great food served by people who truly care. This role is ideal for someone who balances efficiency with authenticity, takes ownership of their section, and enjoys being a part of a close-knit, high standards team. We are seeking a polished, personable server who understands that great service is about connection, consistency, and care.

What You'll Do

? Deliver warm, attentive service from greeting to farewell ? Create a welcoming dining experience where guests feel known and valued ? Confidently guide guests through the menu, specials, and beverages ? Accurately enter orders into the POS & ensure quality presentation ? Check in with guests & resolve concerns professionally ? Maintain clean, organized tables, stations, and dining areas ? Follow all food safety, service, and alcohol service guidelines ? Support teammates and assist the FOH team during peak service times ? Complete opening, closing, and side work with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and accountable ? Positive, calm demeanor - even during busy service ? Team first attitude and strong communication skills ? Ability to multi-task and stay organized. ? Willingness to learn - we'll train the right person. ? Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain) ? Valid Oregon OLCC Service Permit if serving alcohol (or ability to obtain)

Physical & Schedule Requirements

? Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. ? Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
