Job Description


Advancement Group LLC, is seeking technicians that are skilled in performance break-fix and/or troubleshooting on various Sun/Oracle, IBM, Dell/EMC, HP, NetApp and Cisco/Brocade Enterprise servers, switches and storage at local area data centers Duties:
- Performance break-fix and/or troubleshooting on various Sun/Oracle, IBM, Dell/EMC, HP, NetApp and Cisco/Brocade Enterprise servers, switches and storage at local data center
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support to customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Conduct field service visits to client locations for hardware installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions. Requirements:

  • Server, Storage, Networking certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in working in a Data Center environment.
  • Not a current service provider to AT&T data centers.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license required.
  • Able to complete a clear background check by the client.
