Clouds Brewing

is where craft beer, bold food, arcade games, and great vibes come together. For more than 10 years, we've been a staple in the local beer and dining scene--and our Durham Brewcade + Kitchen continues to raise the bar with 40 taps, creative cocktails, classic arcade games, and nonstop sports across 20+ TVs.

We are currently seeking

enthusiastic, guest-focused Servers

who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering memorable experiences. If you bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting to farewell with efficiency, professionalism, and personality Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist guests in navigating our menu Run food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized section and contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth service and a strong tip pool Represent the Clouds Brewing brand with positivity and professionalism every shift

Qualifications

Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required--we are happy to train the right candidate Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts Weekend availability required (our highest-volume and highest-earning shifts) Interest in growing with the company--this role offers long-term opportunity, not just a shift

Compensation & Perks
