RiverCourt Residences Assisted Living Community, Groton

Immediate openings - week day nights and weekend morning and night shifts.

RiverCourt Residences is an independently owned Assisted Living community that serve Independent and Assisted Living residents.

We are looking for servers who are able to work part time. Our goal is to provide incredible customer service to our senior population. If you enjoy assisting elderly residents and take pride in what you do, this is an ideal position for you! Willing to train! RiverCourt Residences is a premiere assisted living facility located along the scenic Squannacook river in Groton. We are looking for new team members that are kind, caring, and dedicated to join us!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in the dining room
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Clear tables and buss dishes to the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
