Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and familiarity with various POS systems. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties as needed Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest complaints professionally Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling tasks Experience in food preparation, food industry operations, or hospitality is advantageous Must be able to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or serving experience is beneficial
