We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha/Toast. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on guests' satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Strong math skills for processing transactions accurately. Experience with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Be able to work the hours of operation which may include opening or closing shifts. Hours of operation are 6am-5pm 7 days a week. Not afraid of doing side work.

Pay: $7.25 - $22.50 per hour
