We are expanding our front-of-house team.

Position Summary

We're looking for servers who can handle real traffic, stay calm under pressure, and take care of guests like they're walking into our home. This is not a "stand around and wait for a table" job. This is fast, organized, guest-focused service in a restaurant/bar environment.

Your job is simple:

Make guests feel welcome. Take accurate orders and ring them in correctly. Run food and drinks fast. Check back, stay present, and close the table happy.
If you can do that, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

Greet guests and set the tone: warm, confident, in control Take food and drink orders and enter them into the KDS/POS correctly Run appetizers, entrees, sides, sauces, etc. to the correct table quickly Serve and upsell cocktails, beer buckets, features, and event specials Keep tables pre-bussed and the floor clean and guest-ready Communicate with kitchen and bar so timing is right (apps aren't landing with entrees, etc.) Handle payment accurately and honestly every time Follow opening / shift / closing side work as assigned Protect the house: no free drinks, no un-rung items, no "I'll fix it later"

Basic Requirements

Must be 18+ Weekend and late-night availability required (this is when we print money) Able to carry trays / buckets / plates safely Able to be on your feet and moving for the full shift Previous serving or bartending experience is a plus, but strong work ethic and composure on the floor matters more than a resume

Experience in high-volume bar / grill / music venue You can handle a section and run your own game without babysitting You know how to upsell without sounding pushy You've worked events / ticketed nights / wristband nights

Evenings, nights, weekends, special events We are a dinner-only kitchen and live-event venue -- this is not a breakfast job
