Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional guest service and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Assist with bussing and sanitizing tables to maintain cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
