You will cater to the guests needs while adhering to our service specifications to ensure the best possible experience for everyone who comes into our restaurant. Your job, in a nut shell, is to make sure our guests leave happier then when they arrived. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Show up to work on time and in complete, clean uniform.
\xc2\xb7 Complete opening duties as assigned.
\xc2\xb7 Greet guests with genuine smile.
\xc2\xb7 Follow service steps as trained.
\xc2\xb7 Deliver drinks to table.
\xc2\xb7 Obtain guests orders and enter in Toast.
\xc2\xb7 Mark table as appropriate (soy sauce, steak knife, etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Check on guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction once food has arrived.
\xc2\xb7 Refill drinks as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Offer dessert.
\xc2\xb7 Print and present check(s) in a timely matter.
\xc2\xb7 Process payment.
\xc2\xb7 Thank guests and invite them to return.
