Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and sanitation tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures. Maintain knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is beneficial.
