We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers at Krolls Diner in Fargo ND. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages to tables in a professional manner Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and responding to any requests or concerns Process payments and provide accurate change to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
