Summary

As a Server at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Located in a dynamic environment, this position is vital for fostering guest relations and ensuring that every meal is memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to KPOT's standards of service. Assist guests in navigating the menu, including explaining dishes and specials. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food handling and preparation. Manage guest checks using the cash register and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or restaurant settings, preferably as a server. Strong guest relations skills to enhance the dining experience. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus but not required. Experience with food preparation techniques is advantageous.
