Job Summary


As a Server, you will be the heartbeat of our dining experience, creating memorable moments for our guests through exceptional service and culinary knowledge. Your role is vital in ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and valued while enjoying their meal. With your passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you will contribute to an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more!

What you'll do



Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with enthusiasm. Utilize Semnox POS systems to accurately process orders and manage transactions efficiently. Demonstrate culinary knowledge by recommending menu items and upselling specials to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations during payment processing. Engage with guests to build rapport, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in hosting duties when necessary, providing support in guest relations and managing reservations through OpenTable.

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications



Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards within the food industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $11.25 per hour
