We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experiences. Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to all food safety guidelines, sanitation practices, and health regulations. Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations during payment processing.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial for effective communication with kitchen staff. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and order processing.
