We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and restaurant policies.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros for order processing. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, contributing to overall sales goals. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous for understanding menu items better.
