Job Description

Duties:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate order delivery
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively

Note: Sanitation practices are an essential part of this role. The server must follow all guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
