Bottles, a landmark in the Restaurant industry opened its doors in Dorado. We are currently in the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring that every dining experience is exceptional. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards and safety protocols.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register accurately. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling payments. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
