Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell products.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, allowing for better communication with kitchen staff regarding menu items. Experience with cash handling is essential for managing transactions accurately. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a busy environment are crucial for success in this role.
