What you'll do

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu to enhance their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. Upsell menu items to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment throughout service. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.

Preferred qualifications

Culinary experience or fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively. Experience in guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
