Looking for servers to work in our upscale, members only, VIP lounge. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and have a willingness to learn. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare lounge tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Tend to customers upon entrance
- Present menus and help customers select beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions and make recommendations
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
