Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Experience in fine dining or the food industry is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where guest relations and hospitality are paramount.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to ensure a memorable dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to food safety standards Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Experience in fine dining settings or the food industry will be advantageous Strong skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities Experience with serving in nightclub settings or host/host roles is a plus
