Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Vesta Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while providing an unforgettable dining experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles. Familiarity with POS systems, such as ToastPOS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for food and hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
