Greet guests promptly and with a positive attitude Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality and presentation Check in with guests throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction Handle guest payments accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and credit transactions Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Must meet state/local age requirements for alcohol service
