What You'll Do

As a Server at Ivy Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome. - Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery. - Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings. - Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. - Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. - Handling guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who have: -

At least 1 year of experience

in a similar role in the food service industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. - The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. - A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
