We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with food and beverage service, along with strong communication skills, is essential. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and serving Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and restaurant offerings to provide informed recommendations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Hospitality or guest services background is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.86 - $25.12 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
