We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and efficiently input them into the POS system, preferably Aloha POS. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register systems. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a server role within the food industry is preferred, especially in fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
