Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server for night shift from 4 pm to 9pm to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and satisfied while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all details are noted for the kitchen staff. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining proper presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and ensuring utensils are properly arranged. Handle cash transactions efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing recommendations based on guest preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling and sanitation.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards. Proficiency with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
