Duties
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Collaborate with the Kitchen / Bar staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
Skills
- Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting
- Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system, such as Toast POS
- Strong knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote specials
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and staff members
