, you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experience -- delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more. You'll engage with patrons, take orders, and ensure that every meal is a delightful, memorable experience. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will shine as you create lasting impressions in our vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere.

What You'll Do

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, making every guest feel at home. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our

Clover POS system

, ensuring precision in every detail. Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while keeping a close eye on guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Manage multiple tables efficiently in a dynamic, upbeat environment. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring smooth payment processes. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of serving experience

in a restaurant setting.

Bilingual

: Must speak

English and Spanish fluently

;

Portuguese

is a strong plus! Strong communication skills and a naturally

charismatic, hospitable personality

. Prior food service or restaurant experience required;

fine dining or upscale casual

experience preferred. Basic math and POS skills (Clover experience a bonus). Must maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork under pressure. Previous hosting experience is a plus.
