Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and drink orders using point-of-sale system. Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety standards. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred, particularly in high-energy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed in the kitchen or dining area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $4.50 per hour
