Job Description

We are looking to add a couple strong servers to our front of house team at Osteria Nino located in the 3rd Ave plaza in Burlington. The right candidate will have prior serving experience in an upscale/casual restaurant environment, experience using POS and running credit cards, taking orders, familiarity with food allergy protocol, be comfortable with wine and cocktail basics, and be totally comfortable on the floor interacting with guests from every walk of life and providing them with impeccable service. Training on our procedures will be provided. Training on restaurant particulars will be provided as well as periodic training on new menu items in both food and beverage. We consider the safety of our staff and patrons to be of paramount importance and as such we follow all state and city regulations in reference to general health and safety and in regards to COVID related directives to the letter. We\'re 100% in compliance with MA state regulations regarding capacity restrictions, business hours and social distancing. Additionally we are offering:

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and carry up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience serving in a dining room setting
