Bluebird Barbecue Server + Bartender Essential Skills:

• At least 2+ years of progressive experience in a restaurant environment.

• Thrive in a social, team-focused environment + ability to show support + care for teammates and guests.

• Strong food and beverage product knowledge, with a keen interest in learning more.

• (Bartender) Skilled in expertly preparing and pouring craft beverages in a fast-paced environment.

-- Compensation: base wage + tip/service charge share earnings typically generate $25-32/hr

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Vermont DLC Certification To Serve Alcohol (Preferred)
