We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective communication. Fine dining experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and offering assistance throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle cash register operations accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
